At RowStudio, we want you to get the most out of your workout. But how exactly do you do that? We’re going to explain that, during

ROW INTRO


A 60-minute informative ánd sweaty session, totally free of charge if you have an active series or membership.
What can you expect?

POWER UP

After a brief explanation of the type of workouts we offer and their characteristics, the trainer will dive into rowing form. How do you execute a proper rowing stroke and get your power up, to give your endurance and strength a boost? Once you’re all set, it’s time for an energizing (free) 45-minute LAUNCH workout. Let’s sweat it out!

CHECK YOUR STATS

After the workout, if you’re interested, we’ll help you understand the metrics. What’s a power watt, and what level would be a proper goal for you? We’ll walk you through your dashboard and answer any questions you may have.
