Meet Thomas, our globally-minded and always smiling trainer! Having grown up in Malaysia and Brunei, Thomas combines a worldly outlook with his passion for fitness. He’s an all-rounder when it comes to sports, enjoying everything from squash to cycling, and is currently balancing his training with studying International Law.
Thomas’s teaching style is motivating and positive, aiming to leave you with that unbeatable post-workout glow (as you can tell from his contagious smile in the picture!). Whether it’s syncing up on the rowing machines or pushing your limits, Thomas’s enthusiasm will help you find your flow every time!
