ROWSTUDIO LAUNCH

Interested in our rowing-based sessions, but not sure what to expect? Just want to give it a try? Then this 45-minute session is for you. We will introduce you to the basics of rowing technique and guide you through a variety of off-erg exercises. It will be fun, challenging and guaranteed to make you sweat! Since the instructor gives plenty of personal attention this class is also perfect for those who want to refresh their rowing form and have a great workout at the same time.

ROWSTUDIO RIPPED

Get ready for action! This 45-minute high intensity interval session mixes intervals of rowing, weights and resistance training. It’s a fast-flowing bootcamp style workout designed to crush calories, tone muscles and get results quick. Motivational instructors, killer beats and a great team atmosphere make this session not only efficient, but seriously fun.

ROWSTUDIO BOOTY

This 45-minute session focusses on the midsection of your body. Expect interval rowing at a high resistance, alternated with bodyweight exercises, training your glutes, abs and lower back. If a killer booty is what you want, don't hesitate. This one is for you. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.

ROWSTUDIO RESTORE

Restore improves your mobility and core stability. Easy rowing intervals are alternated with stretching and pilates based exercises. On and off the indoor rower, the mind is used to control the mucles and the focus is on core postural muscles, helping to strenghten the deep torso and abdominal muscles.

ROWSTUDIO FLOW

Flow gives you 15 valuable minutes of moving meditation rowing, followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa style yoga. Trust us, an amazing combination. Sessions are instructed by our very own trained rower and certified yoga instructor, Lorijne. Flow is the perfect session for anyone wanting to try something new. All ages, fitness levels, and levels of experience are welcome!

Interested in boosting your rowing technique? Then you could consider an hour of personal training by Vincent or Tycho Muda. They will give you a better understanding of the rowing stroke and help you sharpen your technique.
