Coming from an unfit background but now being a competitive rower, Jip understands really well that a workout can be challenging in different ways. With variations he knows how to make all exercises tough but doable for everyone. He also has a large arsenal of good stories and motivational quotes to make the planks go by faster and give you that extra bit of motivation. Aside from being in a rowing boat every day, Jip absolutely loves music and everything that has to do with it. He plays multiple instruments and listens to music the entire day. He loves to expand his horizon, so recommendations are welcome!
