At RowStudio we offer a variety of group workouts centered around our hi-tech indoor rowing machines. On these machines you work all major muscle groups. You’ll burn calories and tone your body at the same time. Our workouts are a mix of cardio and strength training.

Bang for your buck

When it comes to delivering a true full-body workout, nothing beats indoor rowing. Rowing engages 85% of your muscles: your legs, butt, abs, back and arms. As a result, indoor rowing provides one of the most challenging aerobic and anaerobic workouts you can get.

No rowing experience? No problem. Our friendly instructors take pride in teaching you correct the technique. They are there to guide you every step of the way. Everyone can do it.

Getting started

Come give it a try. At RowStudio Intro, we will teach you the rowing basics and show you the great atmosphere our passion for rowing creates. RowStudio Intro is the perfect place to launch your next fitness journey.

If you’re not a rower, we recommend joining one or two RowStudio Base sessions before attending our other workouts. This is to make sure you master the rowing technique.

Meet the team
We are damn proud of our team of instructors. They each have their own qualities and come from a variety of different sports backgrounds: soccer, pilates, dance and, of course, rowing. The crew is led by former Olympic rowers Vincent and Tycho Muda. They are there to guide you, to brighten your day and to make sure you reach your personal goals.
