As a result, indoor rowing provides one of the most challenging aerobic and anaerobic workouts you can get. No rowing experience? No problem. It’s easier than it looks.
Our classes are a combination of rowing and powerful strength excersices, to isolate muscular groups. This creates the perfect High Interval Intensity ratio. And if you don’t know what all that means — it’s time for you to experience it. We give you bang for your buck.
