As an official partner of HYROX, let RowStudio help you prepare for your HYROX Race. Starting in June, we offer a special 45-minute HYROX workout 2-3 times a week. As experts in rowing, we teach you how to row a 1,000-meter race as efficient as possible. We work on your muscle endurance and stamina. On the mat, we focus on HYROX-like exercises, using kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls. With a dose of team spirit and a touch of competition, we motivate you to give it your all. On your personal dashboard, you can monitor how you get fitter and stronger!

What is HYROX?

Hyrox is a global fitness race for Every Body. Participants from all around the world compete in the exact same format. The race starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times, taking place in large indoor venues, creating a unique stadium like atmosphere for all participants. HYROX will take place in Amsterdam RAI from 11-13 October 2024. More info here.

Can I join the workouts if I don’t participate in HYROX?

Sure you can! Also if you’re not participating in HYROX, these workouts are an awesome way to improve your endurance, get stronger, and get fitter than you’ve ever been! Don’t hesitate, just join!

What do the numbers of the workouts mean?

Over the months, the HYROX workouts get increasingly tougher. We have 10 workout levels. Beginner? Start with the low numbers and build up from there. Are you more experienced? Don’t worry and start at a higher level. You can join the same level of workouts as many times as you like, until you’re ready for the next one.

Who’s joining?

Let’s share that amazing HYROX spirit! From the RowStudio team, our trainers Isa, Alina and Mijke are joining, but also our studio assistant Marjolein and owner Benno. We’re in this together!

Can we join the HYROX workouts as a double? 

Of course! Buy a Pioneer Pack separately or share an Intro Deal and book two spots next to each other! Also, in our workouts, you can train as a team!

Can I use the Pioneer Pack for HYROX Race workouts only?

With the Pioneer Pack, you can book any workout in the RowStudio schedule. Also, our Ripped and SUPRBURNR workouts are a great way to prepare for HYROX.
