Katja is not your ordinary health-nut! After taking a break from her HR career 6 years ago, she started completely focusing on being the fittest version of herself. Without any excuses — since then she ran more marathons than hands can count. During all this, she decided it was time to combine her passion for working with people and her passion for health. When RowStudio came along, this was the perfect fit. She is the sunshine in the studio, and is there to help everybody achieve RowStudio mission: pioneer true full body workouts.
