Reduce Body Fat
By using most of the major muscles in your body, rowing requires a lot of energy and makes for an efficient calorie burn. Improve endurance
It’s proven that rowing is great for working on your cardio to build endurance. Our workouts may make you feel exhausted at first, but if you keep at them, you will gain increased stamina and a huge boost in your metabolism. They will give you more energy in the long-term.
Build lean muscle
Rowing is by nature a strength movement, essentially a blend of a deadlift and a barbell row. During each stroke all major muscle groups are engaged. To gain strength, you can add resistance during the workout. We finish it off with strength exercises on the mat.
Injury proof
If you suffer from joint pain, rowing may be what you are looking for, when it comes to a joint-friendly form of exercise. Rowing causes little to no impact on the ankles, knees, hips, elbows and shoulder joints. Our focus on rowing form makes our workouts injury-safe.
Improve Posture
The rowing stroke relies heavily on core activation and it wakes up literally every single muscle in your back. Keeping your back straight and engaging the posterior chain is super important for balancing your muscle strength. It is brilliant for improving your posture.
Win as a team
The metrics from the rowing machines and the big screen in the studio enable us to create races, battles, relays and challenges. Especially rowing in sync with a team gives an amazing feeling of unity. Nothing is more motivating than winning together. So give it your all!
