Your data — our treat!
“How did I perform?”
At RowStudio, we’re often asked what is a common distance to row during a workout and what is a nice power. That question is quite difficult to answer since it depends on the workout you participated in, but mostly, of course, on your own technique, strength and endurance.
We’ve now come up with something to give you an idea anyway. You can now see how the distance you rowed compares to the distance of your teammates. You can also see if your power is higher or lower than the others. This includes both the average Wattage during the workout and the peak power achieved.

This data is available to everyone – free of charge. All you have to do is scan the QR code on the screen in the lobby. Then choose the number of your rowing machine and voila! Click in the picture below to see an example.
What data are available?
If you scan the QR code and have selected the number of your rowing machine, you will be taken to a website that shows various dates.
At the top of the page you will see the peak Wattage you rowed, the distance you rowed and the average Wattage calculated over the entire workout. Below that, in the form of a ranking, you can see how your performance compares to that of your fellow participants.
If you scroll down a bit, you can see how your Wattage developed during the workout. Where did you reach your peak and where could you have done even better?
At the bottom of the page you will see a graph, consisting of all dots and 1 orange sphere. The position of the latter represents your performance. The higher it is in the graph, the higher your peak wattage. And the more to the right, the higher your average Wattage. The goal is of course to not only peak once, but to deliver a lot of power during the entire workout!
